These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 588fda ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services offered through the 588fda website at 588fda.app and any related mobile or web applications.

Duplicate accounts attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail in relation to that specific game or market, and these Terms will govern all other matters.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 588fda reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced (late bets) where in-play betting is not offered on the specific market.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, 588fda reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus funds, promotional winnings, and — where fraud is established — any deposits made in connection with the fraudulent activity.

Where an account is closed due to a player's voluntary request or for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method within 5 business days of the closure being confirmed.
